Our new Phoebe sundress with its halter neck and loosely tiered shape.The neckline is elasticated and the 'halter' is shaped so it doesn't pull anywhere. The dress ties at the back of the neck either with a pretty bow or left hanging to blow in the breeze. Pretty ladder lace detailing and a contrast bottom tier that makes you look taller and in this aqua green makes this a great holiday dress but also works on a sunny day in town.
