Shipping policy

All Lexy London orders are shipped from the UK 

Delivery 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £200 via Royal Mail or express shipping with DPD for an additional fee. Orders that are in stock and placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day or next business day. Orders on Pre-Order will be sent as soon as they are received into the warehouse. Orders received after 2pm on Friday or made over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).  

DPD Next Day Delivery cut off times are as follows: 

Mon - Thurs by 2pm will be sent on the day the order is placed and should be received by the next working day. Fri by 2pm will be picked up by DPD but not delivered until Monday of the next week. Any items on pre-order will only be sent once received to our warehouse. 

International Delivery 

All international deliveries are sent via DHL, we charge £25.  

Delivery times can take up to 7 working days under normal circumstances. Duties and taxes for your country will appear automatically at checkout and will be included in the total amount of your order. We guarantee you will not be required to pay any additional costs on delivery. 

Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

If the buyer decides not to accept the package there will be a return shipping/administration fee of £35 which will be withheld from the refund.
