Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As a small business with limited resources and stock, we kindly ask that you shop thoughtfully. We provide clear size guides for each garment and give fit advice, do please take the time to review them carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need more assistance with sizing, we’re always here to help! Don’t hesitate to reach out and we will provide honest guidance about the fit of any style and whether it will work for you.

If you wish to return or exchange your items, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. You can process your return online, via the Lexy London returns portal.

Your return needs to reach us within the 14 day window in order to be eligible for a refund.

You will need your order number which is a 5 digit number preceded by a #, e.g.  #12345.

We ask that you return items as you received them; unused, folded and with original tags intact. Please note that all returned items must include the original belt (if applicable) in order to qualify for a refund. Returns received without the accompanying belt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however this is also subject to your banks' processing time.

EASY UK RETURNS

Please note that Lexy London does not cover return shipping, except for exchanges and shop credit within the UK via our portal. £4.25 return shipping will be deducted from your refund and if you are returning an item that has already been exchanged, a £4.25 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit.

UK EXCHANGE ORDERS

It is free to exchange an item on our portal. UK exchanges will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Your exchange will be processed as soon as your return is in transit back to us and you will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is shipped with a tracking number.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, please notify us immediately through the Returns Portal and upload a photo of the fault/ incorrect item. We will review this as soon as possible and endeavour to arrange a speedy replacement or refund should you choose. Lexy London does not take responsibility for items returned in a damaged condition without prior notice. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We cannot accept used or customer damaged items (including missing items) and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstances, your statutory rights will not be affected.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns from outside of the UK need to be shipped at your own cost and must be processed through our portal. Log your return and select your return courier. Please note, we do not refund taxes or duties on returned items.

For international returns please mark clearly "BRITISH RETURN GOODS - CLOTHING" as a description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied, and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as reference on your return shipping label and invoice.
