Nanda - Blue Tulip

For those that want a sleeveless dress for high summer or for a holiday this is your dress. Easily popped on over the head and cinched in with a drawstring, a Nanda dress can be worn during the day or evening. The little frill detail on the shoulder just hides the bit we don't want on display but leaves your arms bare. Although it comes quite long, the dress is easily shortened by a few inches if needed.
